Örehus hunting scroll

A personal invitation to an event is always nice.

An aquarellpad is what I what I used in A3 size that can hold three A5 sized invitationscrolls on just one paper. The color is ordinary watercolor, tippex, fineliner, and a pen containing goldcolor

I started with a ruler marked every outerline of every invitation scroll. In every scroll I marked out lines for where I will paint.

I am supposed to make/draw three scrolls at the same paper, so they have to be relatively small in size A5, and quite simple.

It is a huntingevent in the deep forest, and in the forest there are fluid stops, because it is very important to keep up the liqued level and not dry out:). At every stop the participants will get a few drops of Jaegermeister!

The symbol for Jaegermeister is a symbol that we like to keep as a symbol on our invitations.

The symbol is to be drawn in a cirkel so I used an ordinary bobbinet to make the cirkel.

I took a few copies from google/pictures, just to have something to look at, because I wanted the symbol to be as good looking and exact as possible.

The frame around is to be quite simple, just a green curly line.

I choose to put some extra effort on the symbol for Jaegermester and try to make it as real as possible, because the symbol are the most important on this scroll.

Closeup of the head.

The green curly line with and without the the small dots

There are a fantastic differense, with the small dots around. A few dots and it looks as you have worked very much..

A white cross made with "tippex" ( I had run out of white aquarellpaint) for the gold I used the pen with goldcolor, small details I made with the fineliner.
This is what the result looks like. On this picture you can only see 2 scrolls because the camera could jut hold two scrolls in one photo.
