During spring 2009 I did illuminate many blankscrolls
After a traffic accident I was bound to sit in the sofa for two weeks, to kill time I started to illuminate and this is the result.
The paper is ordinary aquarellpaper, but nowadays I use " Pergamenata" ( fake pergament) the point by using that is that you can scrape away all your misstakes, instead of using a rubber, and destroy the fibers. Tthe pergamenata doesn´t contain any fibers ,the pergamenata I buy on internet

Well I do think I have to explain?
This is just a nonsens illumination! A drawing of leek. In swedish it is called purjolök but for short you just say purjo, it sounds a little bit as period. Sopmetimes you can find period-polices for example at events. So just as a joke I made a scroll drawing of a" purjo" Personally I think that this scroll is great looking..

I don´t know how to calligraphy well enough to make it public, instead I make blank scrolls and leave the middle empty to someone else to make the calligraphy, but sometimes I start just with one letter.
